A Stunning Timber-Alternative Upgrade in Barnet
At Barnet Window Company, we’re proud to present one of our latest installations: a beautifully crafted Ultimate Heritage door paired with a matching Heritage casement window. Designed to complement traditional homes while offering the benefits of modern engineering, this door is a perfect example of style meeting performance.
A Traditional Look with Modern Quality
Finished in an elegant Opal Green, this timber-alternative door delivers the charm of classic joinery without the maintenance. Inside, the white woodgrain finish creates a bright and timeless look, seamlessly blending with traditional and contemporary interiors alike.
Crafted with Genus timber-look joints, a 195mm midrail, and authentic butt hinges, every detail has been chosen to replicate the appearance of a handcrafted timber door.
Built for Efficiency & Security
This Heritage Door doesn’t just look good it performs brilliantly. Key features include:
- ‘B’ Energy Rating for improved thermal efficiency
- 70mm deep outerframe for increased strength and stability
- Multipoint locking system with hinge bolts
- 3-star high-security cylinder, offering outstanding protection
- 55mm Radlington external cills for a refined, traditional finish
Security and durability are integral to every installation we provide, and this project is no exception.
Beautiful Glass Detailing
To preserve the character of the home, the door and side window feature leaded and coloured glass carefully replicated by Tenby & Penny to match the original design. The top windows also closely mimic the property’s existing decorative glass, ensuring a consistent heritage aesthetic throughout.
Finishing touches such as the antique black heritage letterbox and finger pull add further authenticity and charm.
Complementing Heritage Casement Window
This installation is completed with a Heritage Casement window in classic white, providing exceptional energy performance while maintaining the property’s traditional appearance.
