Beautiful Bay Window Upgrade in Potters Bar
We’ve just completed another stunning installation in Potters Bar, this time featuring our Ultimate Contemporary Range windows in a classic bay window setup. Designed to bring both style and performance to this home, the installation offers the perfect blend of security, energy efficiency, and modern aesthetics.
The new bay window features the System 10 bevelled profile in a smooth white finish, delivering a clean, crisp appearance that complements the home’s exterior beautifully. With a 70mm profile and ‘A’+10 Energy Rating, the windows not only look great but are also designed to keep the property warmer and more energy-efficient all year round.
Security is paramount
Security was a top priority for this installation. Each window includes a 10-point locking system with steel shootbolts, anti-jemmy hinge bolts, and stainless steel hinges, ensuring peace of mind for the homeowner. Where applicable, the side-hung windows feature a fire escape and easy-clean function, making them as practical as they are safe.
Attention to Detail
Attention to detail was key in this project. Trickle vents were installed where needed for improved ventilation, and 9mm Diamond Aged Lead adds a subtle yet elegant touch to the glazing. The windows are finished with standard range white handles, while the heads have been neatly trimmed in external UPVC. In Bedroom Two, the internal head finish was coordinated with the homeowner, ensuring the result was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
