“Look for the house with the pink door!” There’s something lovely about giving visitors directions like that. The shade of this Solidor composite front door is called Champagne Blush. It’s a rosy pink that looks right at home alongside the warm brickwork, with a crisp white frame to set it off.

A Closer Look from the Doorstep

We love how the colour picks out the woodgrain and the edges of the two traditional panels. Just above them, a polished chrome letterplate catches the light and matches the curve of the handle. The large pane of satin glass lets daylight into the hallway while offering a little privacy from the doorstep.
